This policy ensures fairness, protects the integrity of our custom production process, and allows us to continue offering unique, high-quality designs.
2. No Refunds, No Returns, No Exchanges
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
No refunds will be issued for any reason other than receiving a defective or incorrect item.
No returns will be accepted.
No exchanges are available, including for sizing, color preference, or change of mind.
Custom, made-to-order, and personalized items are strictly final sale.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items (Exceptions Only)
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not the item you ordered, please contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery so we can assist you.
To qualify for a replacement:

Our team will review your claim and respond within 2 business days.
If approved, we will replace the item at no cost to you.
These are the only exceptions to our No Refunds & No Returns policy.
